Four days of fun and experential learning during which you will explore how you can offer novel solutions grounded in three positive psychology workshops based on LEGO® Serious Play®. These workshops relate to the areas of character strengths, purpose and a shared WHY as well as Carol Dweck’s theory of Mindset.
The book Exploring Positive Psychology with LEGO® Serious Play® is included and will be used as training material during the whole program.

Learn the core elements of the Hands On Thinking method that provides an effective use of the LEGO® Serious Play® method and discover how to integrate these with positive psychology. In short you will learn how to:
- Design your own LEGO® Serious Play® for positive psychology workshops
- Introduce LEGO® Serious Play® to a group
- Select materials needed for different workshops
- Facilitate the building of individual models and stories related to character strengths
- Facilitate the building of shared models and stories in order for groups to explore shared purpose and WHY
- Facilitate the building and exploration of fixed and growth mindsets.

Two hours of online follow-up coaching with master trainer Mads Bab on putting what you have learned into practice
And just to be sure – besides insights into the science of positive psychology you will, upon completing the training, hold a certification that provides you with the skills to design, offer and facilitate LEGO® Serious Play® for Positive Psychology workshops of your own.
The certification is the only in the world that covers the use of the LEGO® SERIOUS® PLAY® For Positive Psychology Method. In covers introduction and training in accordance with the standards set forth by the Association of Master Facilitators in The LEGO® SERIOUS® PLAY® For Positive Psychology Method.
Training will take place in a central location in Copenhagen, Denmark from August 14th to August 17 2017 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
All days will include model building with LEGO®. Expect a ratio of at least 60/40 – model building / discussions.
Upon completing the training you will recieve certification that allows you to call yourself a Certified Facilitator using LEGO® Serious Play® for Positive Psychology and offer workshops of your own.
The total price of the certification training is 2.500€ excluding VAT. Early bird price is available before April 2017. Early bird price is 2.300 €

Mads Bab (MAPP)
Mads, who lives and works in the home country of LEGO, Denmark, has worked with LEGO® Serious Play® for more than 8 years and pioneered LEGO® Serious Play® for Positive Psychology. Mads who holds a master degree in applied Positive Psychology, is an experienced facilitator of group processes and author of books on flourishing at work. Mads is also part time associate professor on the Danish Master of Postive Psychology program.
From his Danish based consultancy Gnist (Danish word for Spark), Mads has worked with LEGO® Serious Play® for positive psychology around the world and presented the ideas at conferences in USA, China and around Europe.
