I am a passionate organisational consultant working from a multidisciplinary background, but with positive psychology and design thinking center stage.
After 10 years as a leadership trainer and executive coach with the company intenz I formed my own company Gnist (Danish word for Spark) in 2011. Since 2001 had the privilege of working with management and employees of some of the most interesting companies in Denmark and abroad.
In 2010 I completed a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (Similar to MAPP) at the University of East London. The two years it took to complete the course, I got a different view of research than what I previously had. Science is Sexy and Positive psychology is far more than just the idea of happiness or “positive thinking” – this is a major focus and study of what makes people thrive and grow.
My interest and passion within positive psychology has brought me as key note speaker and trusted advisor around the world, into partnership with extremely skillful practitioners and ambitious organizations. Last but not least I serve as part time associate professor at University of Aarhus’ master of positive psychology. Here I mainly teach and advise on the use of positive psychology in organizations.
